Dear Sirs,
I purchased my Videocon D2H TV on 27.11.2013 with the expectations that I had a latest technology TV with great design and superb performance as well as with good after service, but I was entirely wrong. All my trust on Videocon went in vein in a month & half.
After purchasing the TV it performed good for one & half month but, after that it had some problem that said “Error-4.04”. I immediately complained customer care but there was no response for few days. Then I complained my dealer & your Patna office … again nothing come out for few days. Again I complained customer care and local authority and this took more than two months to get repaired my TV. I was completely harassed and socked to see your service. But, my TV was now good and I was relaxed.
But, again after one month same problem arised. I followed the same procedure to get repaired my TV soon. It took me 15 days to get it in ok conditioned and I was promised that nothing is going to happen to my TV in future. It worked quite well for approx. two months.
Again, my Videocon D2H TV is shut down with the same problem and that is Error-4.04 from 04.05.2014. I had complained immediately to your customer care on that very date as well complained to your Patna office. Your Patna office authorities promised me that they will replace my TV this time as soon as possible. But, it is going to be more than three months and nothing has been done till date. In the mean time I am regularly in touch with your people and they are not taking any proper response.
I am mentally harassed and tired because of my fault that I purchased this Videocon D2H TV.
Now, I ask you people please do suggest me what should I do. Should I go to legal procedures or you people will do anything towards this ?
