I have purchased a 37″ SAMSUNG LED TV, after 16 months of use, suddenly a black patch with blue and green vertical lines has appeared on the left hand side of the screen. This covers 20% of the screen. After lodging the complaint with the customer care centre a technician has come and told us to change the PANEL SCREEN for which they will charge. As i have paid Rs-63,000 for this TV and expect atleast 5 years of trouble free service. I request the company to change all defective parts at free of cost.
