I bought new window AC on 20th March’10(bill encl.). We called samsung service centre to check cooling in Mar’11 i.e. within warranty period. They did something. Then on 21st May’11 AC is again stopped. M/s. Nice cooling, excl. samsung service centre people came n said gas is leak. They took machine n canged some other parts and made billing of Rs. 4124/-. On asking for old parts, they refused and said as per company policy they can’t return old parts. Now again Machine not cooling. I called customer service and they said Gas is leak and they hv to take AC to workshop. Customer care told me to speak Service Manager. I spoke to Service manager of Nice Cooling. Mr. Manna. He was very rude in talking and said he can’t do anything. He spoke like a corrupt govt employee.
I request you to look into matter. I think it was defective AC from very begining, so required to change it urgently.
