At 24-12-2012 I ordered online a HCL Me Tab G1(White)of rs 14500/-
from an online shopping site “snapdeal.com”.ORDER number:828944648.
At 02-01-2013 the product was delievered by DTDC courier services. Its
Tracking no. was X01454053.
The product was defective,its touch screen was not working properly.The
same was informed to snapdeal service centre immediately.They lodged
the complaint at 02-01-2013 and gave me a COMPLAINT NO. 1481232.They
told me to resend the defective product to the address:
Snapdeal.com,Attention Hari Singh,240,ground floor,Okhla Phase-3,New
Delhi-110020.
At 03-01-2013 I sent the defective product by “THE
PROFESSIONAL”courier services.
They recived this piece at 08-01-2013.
Now the problem is that they are telling me that i haven`t informed
them about the deficiency before 48 hours after recieving the
product.Hence they are not going to replace this product.Simply they
will repair it and send me.
