I have purchased 32 inches led television 1.5 year back from home town retail outlet operated by future group.Guarantee for the product was 1 year and immediately after that samsung prodcut stopped working. Now as per the bill condition no body takes responsibility of th eproduct. Another one LG tv product we are using from last 14 years without any complaint. I think either future group is purchasing defective products from samsung at discounted rates or samsung is delibrately dumping low quality chinese material to cash the market. It is humble request from me to all that never in life go for any samsung product as they are multinational cheater or and they are fraudelant in after sales service also.
