Defective product sold to client / Warrenty Replacement issue

Name of company/service: Micromax / Defective Tablet Sold

I have bought New Micromax funbook tablet on 29th May 2012 and as per company description it should have 4 GB internal Hard disk but it was showing only 3 GB Hard disk and after using it for 4 days old age, it got hardware problem that it was working only on charging mode if charger / power discontinue /remove it got switched off this kind of hardware problem detected during the age of 4 days old tablet, and on the right side of the instrument touch screen is also not working properly due to hardware problem When I consult to the service station they couldnt resolve it now I dont want to use that tablet,when I asked to the service sales person he told me that we cannot replace your instrument once 7 days left from the date of purchase, now your warrenty is void, you are entitled to receive warrenty for 7 days only ???, when there is not my fault then why should I suffer with repaired tablet for which I have paid full money, why should I used second / repaired instrument,
I have come to know from Service Center that It got problem of Hardware PCB of the Tablet and needs to replace for that they have bring the pcb from the company and it is out of stock in company, I have submitted tablet in repairing before 10 days back till date they are unable to reapir due to unavailability of the parts, I used that Tablet for 4 days and submitted in reapiring for more then 10 days this kind of warrenty company offers???
Please escalate this matter and want to claim for replacement the tablet from micromax company immideatly and I am going to submit my complaim to consumer court to proceed further against Micromax Company, Very unhappy with the dealer, Policy and service of the company
