Defective product sent by naaptol

I bought a [B]Sony Ericsson Satio U1i[/B] mobile in naaptol for INR. 12298 in March 2012 and my order no. is 3660434. When I received the product, I found the the memory card cover in this mobile was not there and I complained and asked for the replacement, but the customer executive refused. When I checked the product, it had problem in switching on and off. It turned off and the screen went white, and it continued to hapen in normal days and times, but then it didn’t happen for two months. The applications like skype, youtube, facebook and mail services weren’t work and I thought may be software updation problem and I tried to update the softwares in online, but it came like “Internet has sent an expired certificate”. I tried several times, but I couldn’t update. It was going like this for three months. On 24th of June, I tried to make a call and it shows “Software error couldn’t perform an action” and turned off. I tried to switch it on for times and the indicator light blinked for five times and gone off. I approached sony ericcson authorised service centre and they replied, “it may be software issue if we update the software applications, it will turn work”. They checked and replied the mobile is bought outside India and it shows, “application not found”. I approached another sony ericsson service centre, they said, “this is problem in mother board, you have to change the mother board”. I asked them to check the warranty period for the mobile by the IMEI number and they replied “this mobile bought outside India and no warranty will be given here, and they said it will cost 80% of the mobile cost to change the mother board.” I was shocked, I bought this mobile only three months ago, now mother board problem. I want the refund, and I hope to solve this out of legal help. Thanks in advance!
