i made an order of specks with healthkart for which they supplied the product with bill no 9692099-09452 placed on May 15, 2013 which was not in proper condition and was reverse picked up by the co, and again was redelivered to me by healthkart which is
again having problem in lens, for which they asked me they will refund the money which till date no reverse pickup is done n now they are asking me to send courier of my own n they will reimburse the charge through point system of which i feel cheated now as they have to refund the money they are not responding properly and moreover lingering the issue since last 15 days… kindly help.
