Defective product and unresponsive dealer

Location/place: Malviya Nagar, New Delhi

Name of company/service: IFB/Unique Enterprises D-77,LGF, Malviya Nagar

We had purchased an IFB AC from Unique Enterprises that is located in D-77, LGF,Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017. Unique enterprises along with the AC also sold us a stablizer of General company.Despite several requests on the first day and commitments made by the dealer the installation was delayed. When the AC was finally installed it was malfunction as the stabilizer that it was connected got heated within 5 minutes. The installation guy from IFB company who came to check the heating problem said that there is a fault in the stabilizer. We called Unique enterprises and informed them of the defect in the stabilizer. However after repeatedly calling them and even going to their showroom to tell them the problem in the stabilizer they did not respond. Then they changed the stabilizer after 2 days that was from the same local company General. We asked them that we do not want the stabilizer from this company but they said that they do not have any other stabilizer and since we have already bought it so they can only change it.
But the new stabilizer was also defective as it also got heated in 5 minutes.

Now after 6 days of continuous pursual and calls to the dealer Unique Enterprises and the company IFB, the AC is still non-functional and we have been routed to ridiculous excuses and arguments by the dealer who blames the IFB company guy for not installing the AC properly and the company guy who is blaming the dealer for the faulty stabilizer.
It has been 6 days since we bought the AC but still it is not working properly.

It seems both the company IFB and the dealer Unique Enterprises are ducking the issue. Please advice.
