I ordered a phone (Nokia 7 plus) through Amazon from my friends account (ORDER # 407-6097185-3395549) on 17th july 2018 and received the same on 18th july 2018. However, the mobile received was a defective and following up with Amazon since then. They told me to wait till the technical guy come and check the mobile and then they woul follow the further procedure. Today (22-07-18) the technical guy checked the phone and informed that the phone is defective and asked me whether i want a refund or replacement. Informed the guy about the replacement and had a conversation with contact cener of amazon. she(Anjali) told me she will call after half an hour after checking the details. She called back stating that the same phone is not in stock and need to opt for the refund. Whereas i wanted a replacement. OMG such a bad experience they just be sorry and convince for the refund or will ask you to wait.
secondly again had a conversation with Mr. Pratik (bhuvneshwar) from CC of amazon for more update on the replacement but still got the same reply. The same seller has different color phone available but they are not ready to give me as that is against their policy. Iam really surprised with this answer if the customer is ready to take different color then what is the issue for them and now if they it in stock still not ready to provide replacement saying that the normal stock is different and the replacement stock is different.
