Defective product

Hi. I had ordered a micromax phone Order no #156811 having 1GB of Ram. The handset was delivered with defects. It was replaced after around 20 days. I used the replaced handset for a few days which was fine after which the phone is hanging and not responding to any commands only to get to know from a relative that the replaced phone is having 512MB of Ram. My question’s. 1) Why was I delivered a phone with 512MB of RAM when a phone of 1GB RAM was ordered. 2) Why was I not informed of the changes since I had paid the required price for the desired phone that I did not receive. 3) Why was a follow up not done to know if the phone was working fine since it was not the one ordered and moreover, it was replaced since the previous one was defective. 4) Do I get a positive reply from you or do I need to post my issue elsewhere. I spoke to Gaurav about 14 days ago and was asked to call back the next day after which all my calls are being ignored.

Are there any chances of me Getting back my cash or have I been cheated?
