Sir, with regards I want to fetch your kind attention towards the sale of defective products by a renowned online store Amazon India .In fact Amazon is selling YUREKA Brand Mobile phone though flash sale to its registered customer and I am one of those customer who got YUREKA PHONE on 19//02/2015 and received it on 21/02/2015, I purchased this phone after having a good faith in so renowned Amazon and Micromax which is distribution partner of YUREKA but its seems that so renowned companies doesn’t concern with customer and have motive to fetch money from customer having no quality analyses of product at all .Actually all YUREKA DEVICES sold by Amazon have a problem of HEATING during conversation or using phone in any other way. All the users of YUREKA are registered with company and are giving their review of Heating issue ,still nevertheless any authorised person can check it from its users using the data base of its user from company.Same issue was discussed with YUREKA CARE on 13/03/2015 at 3.16 p.m. from my no. + 919350992990 and it was 8 minutes and 17 seconds long conversation but there was nothing solution except to keep a Chocolate in a child’s mouth.
Sir, now through this mail I request you to direct Amazon to take back all sold phone from its customer with regret and keeping its image at customer’s heart, however product is not manufactured by Amazon but it is being sold only by Amazon only and its the the responsibility of Amazon on moral and grace of company.
Sir. once again I request you to arrange the refund of full amount of all customer after taking their review because it a great fault in product of its heating issue and its dangerous for health. Hoping positive reply and action from your end.
