I purchase a new cooler (02/06/2012)from Usha Internation from Image and sound shop in Hari Nagar jail Road worth Rs.8000. That cooler had leakage from tank, i inform to the shopkeeper they told me that we will change it by tomorrow (04/06/2012) still not changed (12/06/2012). I also called up to the customer care and an engineer visitd, they told me that it will be changed, then after there were no responce from customer care side. And I am trying to call the shopkeeper to change my cooler but said i will change it tomorrow. They are giving me again and again this type of excuse.
