defective product

I bought a pureit water purifier on 11th july 2014….but from the day of installation it started leaking. ..we called the service man…he repaired it…but again it continued to leak..he again came and repaired it but again the same story. 3rd time they tried to stop the leakage by putting lotsss of cello tape…but again it has started leaking. We request them to either exchange the purifier or refund the money. ..but those pureit people said they cant. Please help !!!!
