defective product

I have samsung note2. From the day of purchase i m facing problem in it. I hv vistied servive centre 3-4 times to resolve the same problem..but still i am facing the problem..nd now also it is in dead position…samsung is not providing me positive feedback..i want my money back…date of purchase 1 march 2013
Dealer samsung smart cafe..mgf mall gurgaon…
