Defective piece of handset and Low quality service

I hv bought brand new MICROMAX CANVAS 2 PLUS mobile phone on 1st November 2013.
But in few months I would have to face many problems and a lot of rounds to service center.
Firstly I have to face problems for my earphone. They replaced my earphone with a new one but the new one also had the manufacturing defects of call attending button. And when I report a complaint against it.. They refuses to take back the earphone. And now I am having problems with my phone. From a few days there have been some spots on screen of my phone.. I registered a complaint against it on the service center, they return my phone in two days with no spot on screen but on next day again there was a spot on my mobile screen…
