With due respect I want to say that I have order my earbuds from company Noise shot 2 month ago. After 20 days of receiving one earbuds stop working. When I filed the complain to company. They just gave an auto-reply that they will work on it. Since two months I have gave them call and emails. They are not even replying. Help me with this issue. My order no is 109024829908193544103 . And complaint no in company is 118676
