I had purchased an AC of Hitachi which is a window AC and is costlier than any split AC, as the usp(Unique Selling Proposition)is split in a window with Twin Motor, but from day 1 its making so much of noise and is under cooling also.Had complaint so many times but no one could resolve,rather said it is in warranty when stops working will replace,what about the umpteen sleepless nights.In-fact the local dealer says the compressor is faulty.But HITACHI people doesn’t listen.Please refund my entire money with penalty for the pain caused to me.
