I bought a Strontium 8 GB USB Bold Pen drive from snapdeal.com on 10-june-2012 and it was delivered to me on 13-june-2012. It was a defective piece. When I asked them for replacement they asked me to got to Service center. I went to the service center for the replacement on 14-june. They told me to wait for 10 days and It will be replaced. but till today it has not been replaced, they are just extending the date of replacement.
