Dear Sir,
I was usiing BSNL Modem and Belkin wi-fi router at my home till year 2012. Same was working perfectly for more than 5 year and I had never experienced any difficulty while using the same. one day my Bsnl Modem was damaged and some minor problem in wi-fi router too, so i decided to purchase a new modem cum wi-fi instrument. i have seen very attractive advertisements of Net Gear and decided to purchase the same.
It is not working properly since ,we installed the modem. initially it was told that there may be problems in the my broadband or service provider (BSNL) but later on they tried to remove the difficulties and they have done it upto some extend but after some time it became even worst . We have made number of complaints and they have interected with us nicely but it was of no use as our problem remained as it is.
Please help us. We have the following problems with our product:
1. Very low wi fi signals( maximum 2 bars some time only 1 bar out of three at 1 meter distance)
2. Very less coverage (less than 3 meter)
3. Showing signals but showing no Internet connection.
