i had placed an order for KARBONN A1 mobile phone to STAR CJ on 12/06/2012 which i had received it after long delay on 28/06/2012 as soon as it got delivered i started using it & found out that the phone has major defects & is unusable for which i tried to place complaint at their call center where i was put on hold for long waiting, without paying attention to my complain the phone was disconnected, this happened for several times. now i want to return the phone back to them & want my money refunded by them.
