Dear Consumer Forum,
SUB: – WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER HAD FROM ONLINE. (Really it’s not worse it’s very worse)
I purchased a mobile name LG KM 900 Order NO- 6980843 online from Rediff.com. Since after my purchase numerous problems had been occurred in that handset like hanging problem, Display blinking, Data cable not working, Camera shortcut key not working, Wi-Fi streaming not working etc.
I send that handset back to the vendor of rediff.com who had delivered that handset to me. I also shoot down one e-mail to Rediff.com mentioning the no. of problems which had been occurring and also got an immediate response from your side stating that a new Handset will be delivered to me which is free from the problems which I had been facing.
The new Handset had been delivered to me on 06 July 2012. It’s still having so many problems which I am mentioning below.
1. First and foremost Data Cable has not been provided or you can say delivered with the Handset.
2. The handset is looking like that it has been used before having some visible fine lines on its backside or you can say scratches.
3. No network problem. After inserted multiple Sim cards like Airtel, Idea etc. it’s still showing No network.
4. The backside cover is also a bit loose.
5. The Mobile interface is blinking
So it’s like worst shopping experience that I have ever had from rediff For the Second Time, CONGRATULATIONS to them for their Bad Service. After spending my Valuable Money & Time what I got from your side is nothing in the form of “Bad Quality of the Product” & Bad Customer servicing which I think you they are providing to their Customers.
I am Contacting rediff for the last one month but no reply coming from their site.it is the shit customer service that they give to the customers & Customers are cheated by purchasing products from these kind of sites.So I request you to kindly look into the matter & take a strict action against this site so that i get my Money back, as I am really been fad up by these kind of problems
