I BOUGHT A CELL PHONE (KARBONN TITANIUM S5) FROM HOME SHOP 18 (ONLINE SHOPPING) , WITHIN A DAY I FOUND THAT ITS TOUCH SCREEN IS NOT WORKING IN PARTICULAR AREA. I MADE A REQUEST TO HOMESHOP 18.COM TO REPLACE MY PHONE BUT THEY DENIED AND ASKED ME TO CONTACT KARBONN MOBILES FOR THIS.
NOW WHEN I PLACED THE SAME REQUEST TO KARBONN, THEY STRAIGHT AWAY SAID ,” SORRY IT CAN NOT BE DONE , YOU EITHER CONTACT HOME SHOP 18 OR GET IT REPAIRED AT THE SERVICE CENTER . PLEASE HELP ME TO GET JUSTICE. ALL ONLINE SHOPPING COMPANIES SAYS , ” IF YOU DONT LIKE THE PRODUCT REPLACE IT OR GET THE CASH BACK”. HOW MY CASE WOULD BE HANDLED ?
