DEFECTIVE MOBILE

Dear sir/madam,

I have purchased a sony Xperia L in April 13 2014,
From the time of purchasing I have been facing problems
With the mobile, so I requested them for Replacement.
They say that they cant replace only they will repair and give
Its almost 11months I bought the mobile around one month
I am running behind service centre for the problems with the mobile.

They have replaced Motherboard and Speaker, yet the problem is same,
Saying it’s a Defected Piece I received, From the beginning I have
been requesting them for replacement of the mobile . But they are not giving.
If once going to service centre they say keep the mobile with us for one week
atleast so that we can clear your problem..

Yesterday i went for Servicing and to address my problem,
they say the warranty expired, you can find on what date i have purchased
the mobile..

Did I purchase the mobile to keep it that long in Service centre..????

I here by request you to accept My Complaint against SONY Company..
i want mobile replacement as well compensation for wasting all my time
