Defective Micromax Mobile Phone

Hello,

I bought a Micromax H360 mobile phone through online portal of BagItToday.

It was delivered on 3rd March 2013. However, the product was found to be a defective piece and on 4th March 2013 I wrote an email to the helpdesk describing all the defects.

Since then there has been number of email communication and in between they suggested me to visit the Micromax service centre.

My worry is, for a brand new product if found to be defective, why should I be penalized by visiting the service centre.

BagItToday CS people said they can’t give the refund.
