Subject- Defective Lens, snapdeal refusing to return money
1 I had ordered a Canon EF-S24mm f2.8 STM lens from sanpdeal for ladakh trip and it was late delievered to me on 27th jan16. i had already registered a complaint for this (complaint no. 18366667). As i had already left for ladakh for 2 weeks, i could only check the lens after returning back (after 2 weeks). the lens was defective.
2. I had lodged a complaint with snapdeal complaint no. 19997614. they have simply refused to return the lens as there return policy states that return should be made within 7 days. But i was not in delhi at the time of receiving the order and checked lens after 2 weeks.
3. On top of that I had written a negative review about quality of lens and return policy of snapdeal but they have not posted it on their website.I talked to the customer care, they said they are unable to post it. It means snapdeal doesnt post negative reviews.
Please help me to return the lens . i will never buy anything from snapdeal again.
