I purchased IFB Senator 6 Kg washing Machine from M/s Pankaj Electronocs, Masoodpur, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi in Dec. 2011 (Invoice Number 12914 dated 24/12/2011). The machine had problems from day one as it used to vibrate wildly, make deafening noise, several of its buttons did not fuction, the shutter had problems, cleaning up was not proper and of late there is leakage in machine and clothes dont get squeezed at all. I’ve lodged complaints dozens of times and Every time a complaint is lodged on helpline the problem is temporarily fixed but something or the other again breaks down. I am convinced that a defective product has been supplied to me as I’ve spent more time lodging complaints than getting clothes washed in the machine. I had lodged a complaint with National Consumer Helpline earlier in March 2012 also and as per your advise sent a regd. notice to company’s office in VERNA, GOA. Machine was repaired at that time but again broke down within months. I remain out of town mostly and cannot go on lodging complaints and following them up. Request you to provide immediate guidance and help for getting the defective machine replaced.Hope to get your response at the earliest.
