Defective HITACHI REFRIGERATOR

I have been complaining about a HITACHI REFREGERATOR Ref RS37SVND purchased from Vijay sales – Santacruz (West),branch, Mumbai vide invoice No.11-SCZ08-10SIAO-147 dated 04-08-2010. for Rs. 45,500/-
I would like to bring to your notice to the company that the trouble I am facing regularly in the REFRIGERATOR since from Feb-2011.
1) Cooling problems very frequently
Few occasion mechanics visited and done some setting without rectifying the problems permanently, informing let this problems continue till the Refrigerator stop cooling completely.
I managed and use the Refrigerator with cooling & without cooling as per mechanics instruction and one day on 29th June 2013, Refrigerator has stopped cooling in top two door partition, your mechanic (Mr Nisar) has visited and told me that gas is leaking and need to refill with the charges of Rs. 3500/- (Call No.13062901991) I agreed and next day they collected the Fridge to service center informing that they will deliver in 3-4 days.
Real problem started when my Fridge reached to service center and they come up with new problems that compressor has defect and need to change and they gave me new estimate of 13500/- I brought to their notice that I have purchased the refrigerator on 04-08-2010 and my machine is under warranty for 5 years, initially they have agreed and they did not bother to call me than and I was under the impression that they are working on my complaint.
After 7 days I tried to check the status on Tel 32208169 Mr Rahul has taken my call and told me that I have to pay 13500/- with no excuse and I will not get the cover of warranty stating no reason and asked me to agree on payment terms to start the work of procuring of compressor from Ahmadabad.
Next 2-3 days I tried to find out some higher authority but I found Mr Rahul/Nisar are only two people are managing whole service center, finally I told them to at least start process of procurement of compressor as I (my family) was without refrigerator since last 15 days, now whenever I call to check my status Mr Rahul keep giving me unspecific time period.
I am regular user of HITACHI product AC and i have trust on HITACHI product and this will be my last chance to continue trusting HITACHI….. if i don’t get satisfactory solutions to my complaints.

My request to please forward my complaint to higher authority who can replay my above queries.
