Defective HCL Tab delivered

I have ordered for a HCL ME V1 tab, which came as defective on 18th Feb 2013. I have submitted the same on 19th Feb 2013 early morning in the HCL Infosystems Nehru place branch for DOA and I was suppose to receive my tab on 23rd Feb 2013, which I did not receive. Below are the set of concerns I have been facing since I have purchased the Tab:

1. I was told the tab comes with an IPS panel and a leather pouch by the Customer care executive who assisted me in purchasing this tab from HCL store, neither of the statement was true.
2. The Tab comes as a defective product for which the customer is made to rush to your service centre as if its my fault which I have really started to feel after buying HCL product.
3. I am given the date to collect the Tab from the centre and on that date when I reach I come to know that the Tab has already been sent back for repairs. It was waste of time and money commuting from Dwarka to Nehru place.
4. I am told on 21st that I will get a call back within minutes. Then on 22nd within 2 hrs and after 2 hrs within 24 hrs but neither happened.
