Defective handset delivered from Flipkark

Product. Micromax Canvas 2 Plus A110Q (White)

I received this handset on 7th March 2014 and found that there is a spot in
the center of the screen. So I raised a return request on that very same
day ie 7th March 2014.

I received a call from flipkart on 11th March 2014 which was after 5 day of
my complain which was not acceptable.
On 11th march my handset was working fine but again from todays morning ie
12th March that spot on the screen came up. I don’t know what is going on.

I purchased this handset from flipkart because of its reputation and
service, But now I think its on stake.

Moreover I purchased this handset for my mother as a gift but now she has a
defective gift.
Its a shame for me as well as Flipkart.
