This is to file a complaint against RIM (blackberry India). I bought a blackberry bold 9900 from a local retailer, since then I have been facing issues with it. At times it is the ear peice issue or the keypoad issue or it is the screen, the handset hangs. it does not sync data. Everyday it is a new issue. The best solution to all thses issues is just one kindly reinstall the OS on the device and it does nothing but worst. Now the Camera is a pain. It gives me line all over. Sick of blackberry. They do not have any certain resolution to any issue.Inspite of marking them mails there is no response to it. Id already sent the handset twice to the service center however nbo where cares of the handset has actualy been quality checked.
