Defective Hand Set

Name of company/service: Samsung Mobiles

I have purchased a brand new samsung handset Galaxy S 9001 for Rs.22560.00 on 06/04/12 from Reliance Digital Retail Ltd Ambience Mall Gurgaon.Within 3 months of its purchase the set has just gone dead and when I have taken it for repairs to their Authorised service centre they gave me an estimate of Rs.12000/- which is quite exorbitant and unbearable.Even a complaint to their Service Head on mail has not helped ,hence a complaint here. Kindly help and get me justice, I am definitely ready to pay a reasonable amount for repair even though the set is under service warranty.
