   At their site they are mentioning that they are selling “A good branded Jeans and Polo Wrist Watch”.
   I had received defective Jeans and Defective Wrist Watch also against my order. From 19th July 2012 I am continuously making follow up for Defective goods but till date no action has been taken from this site.

   So please be aware before purchasing anything from this site Mginger.com.

   I was notified by mail that mginger is offering a combo offer -denim jeans worth Rs1299 and they are selling it at only Rs449 and I’ll get austin polo club branded wrist watch .I ordered this . I ordered for this on 18/07/2012 .

   They promised to deliver in 5-7 days but it wasn’t even shipped.I tried to call them but unavailable every time.In the end, after several mails to them,I received the product on 04/09/2012 ,ie, 47 days after ordering it.

   I awaited it.I called for product several times, and when eventually it came, I had to drive and collect it from the courier office.

   I was shocked to see the consignment I received .It had a jeans of local company obenzer which was misfit, not the type displayed and the watch I got was a watch without even a brand name printed on it ( branded jeans worth 1299 and austin polo club watch was the deal).

   Now I need justice against this cheap fraud, I want my money back and compensation.I have saved the advertisement. I demand the matter to be sought out immediately.
