Hitachi has given us a defective product. I bought 60000 fridge from Croma and it is not working properly since few days. We called customer service end number of times and they sent someone to check after 4 days. The door of our new fridge is also not closing properly which could be one of the reason. I want the product to be replaced as it’s not even a month old. Shame on hitachi and their crapy customer service. Don’t ever buy it.
