Sir/Madam,
I’m a practicing ENT consultant & surgeon living with my family in Ludhiana, Punjab. About 2yrs back I purchased a 2.2 ton Split AC from August Marketing and Services, pvt. Ltd. Here at Ludhiana who is a authorised Reseller of Electronic.
It was the most expensive deal of that time. Now, sometime back the cooling completely died, so we called the company’s customer care. They told us that it’s PCB has burnt.But,on contacting their office we were told it wasn’t available for our model.They repaired the PCB & installed but the cooling is not upto the mark.
After around 15 days,the situation remains same,the cooling is not there in this hot weather.
This is the situation, even after regular mails, there has been no development on Hitachi’s part. Now planning to go to Consumer Court as the company has shut it’s ears to their customers complaints. Please help.
