Name of company/service: Whirlpool India Ltd. (Faridabad)
We ordered a split Airconditioner directly from the whirlpool India company Faridabad and made the full cash payment of around 23000. But the A/c that they sent was defective.. we keep on complaining in the company. They send their service executives but in vein.. Its been around a month now and they should be replacing the A/c in our opinion..What should we do? please help.
