I have purchased t shirt from ucb (company outlet ) it is been loose in size and shape less just in 1 time use even it is not been wash also. when i was goan to store they say we dont exchange product purchased in sale after long discuses he agreed to send it to company and he told u will be getting reply in 10 days but its more then 23 days but till yet i dint got any kind of reply from them and when i visited there they told we have still not got any reply from company and my t shirt is still in that store and when i asked manager he told me after company’s reply we will send this t shirt to company. so kindly help me in this.
