I had purchased a touchmate web cam from snapdeal.com which got delivered and i paid cash on delivery. So after i started useing it i found that the product was damaged about which i reported to snap deal and the product was sent back to snapdeal on 21st June 2013 by courier no 1111814455 and this courier service was hired by snapdeal it self. So till date after i sent the product snapdeal has not contacted me regarding the product and when i contact them the only assurance i get from them is some body will conatct me from their side within 24hrs to 48hrs which doesnt happen.
