i had purchased a sony vaio notebook on 16th june 2010 from vijay sales in infinity mall, andheri west. i purchased it from Mr Wasim, who assured me a complain free journey with Vaio.
on 23rd jene 2010, i suddenly thought of switching on the web cam, as i tried to open it it showed me an error stating that the webcam is not working!!!!!. just imagine my state of mind, which forced me to call the customer helpline, who then transfered me to the service centre , who then again sent me to the dealer. nobody is ready to explian why is this happening, and they are telling me its a small issue and we will have to open the laptop. i cant even imagine to open a SONY laptop in just 7 days, its torturing. i want a replacement from SONY, for which i want help from consumer society . also vijay sales has given me the notebook in 51,990 whereas i found in a showroom, its price is 49,000. pls tell me wat to do!!!
