With great eagerness on Indian brand, In december i had bought a Karbonn A11 mobile from “Purvika Mobile Centre”,chennai. this mobile hardly worked upto the mark for only one month, thereafter i had witnessed alot of problems.I even consulted the company mobile service centre , but they too did’nt helped me. but somehow, i had got it repaired by local third party service centre.but the defected mobile showed its real worthiness again. so, please help me to continue further with my consumer rights. kind hearted ones can contact me through +918144978871
