I have ordered a blackberry handsfree from rediff shopping and the handsfree turned out to be defective.This is the second time i am facing this problem with the same product,this time i don’t need a replacement i need a refund for my product,my previous refund of Rs.180 is also pending(They have asked me to send the product through courier so courier charges are still pending).
This is a clear case of cheating,because the product which they showed on their website is different from the one which i have received.Please assure me that i will get my amount back.Also i need my previous courier charges.Their services are extremely poor. Customer care number is always busy.They are not even replying to the mails,they reply very rarely.My order number is 7259063.Kindly revert back.
