Defected Bike

sir i had purchased a tvs apache rtr 16occ hyper edge on 20 march 2012 and I’m very disappointed with this bike I’m facing so many problem in this bike from the fourth day of purchasing bike.On fourth day of purchasing bike bike’s front shocker leaked after some day i noticed a weird noise coming from the engine and for that i have visited almost about 11times to your service center, it always gets okay but after 10-15km the noise again comes. okay now leave this problem the another one is the alloy wheel one i got a defected alloy for this the agency changed my alloy after 1.5 months to which they have told me nearly about 10-15days. after changing ,the sound now started coming my wheel and shocker and i complained they told me that it will be okay after applying rear breaks. but it didn’t happen, something else happened my wheel got stuck and the situation was that i have to move it my hand.
sir there are many more problems that i am problems that i am facing.
for this when i went to the manager of tvs agency kashipur the manager said that we are repairing your bike every-time. am i a stupid who is visiting there sir sir now it’s a request pleas take any action because you are my last hope as i have complained their head office also but i didn’t got any result
