I want to inform about the defected piece of mobile being sold by the owner of shop “mobile house”.He is not accepting that there is defect in mobile and the touch screen as well as the battery back up both have the problem.Now I ve to pay for both the things.The mobile is under warranty and the owner had straight way denied to exchange the mobile.I purchased mobile on 09 august 2014 and after ten days this problem occured.Plz take the need ful action against the owner.Address of the owner is MOBILE HOUSE PHAGWARA GATE JALANDHAR PUNJAB
