DEFECT IN NEWLY PURCHASED HANDSET

I bought a micromax smartphone from dehradun vide sayyam communication, raj plaza, rajpur road vide bill no. 1043 on 15 Apr 14. After using the set i experienced that the mobile is not getting charged. I took the handset to SP-AKS TELECOM SEC-22(B) in Chandigarh and a job sheet was raised vide N020123-0514-9827402. After fifteen days when i reached to collect the handset i am informed that there is a damage in the motherboard and replacement would be charged. The
intresting thing to notice is that there is no external damage on the handset. I tried to persuade your the customer care that internal damage may be due to poor quality of material or mishandling during opening the handset by the repairing technician. He did not agree. The matter was further taken up with micromax thorugh email. The conversation is attached with the application. finally no body agreed to repair the mobile under warranty. The charging port of the handset is properly secured from all the sides hence there exists no possibility of breakage of the motherboard. The brocure recieved with the handset does not specifies anything about the broken components. hence I urge that the handset may be taken back and the cost of the handset may be reembursed to me.
