defect in the new product

Ltd</p>i have placed an order to purchase a victor tablet(rs 4100) through phone.after 10 days i collected my order and paid rs4500.i cannot access net through it and its speakers are also not good.so i rang up to them but instead of providing any solution he replied what should i do if u r facing these problem and cut the phone. please look into this matter seriously.its not a joke to cheat upon the customers.
