Defect in Phone

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I have bought a Lenovo S660 (Mobile Phone) on May 2014 and in a year its motherboard has crashed countless number of times, the sim card cannot be detected in the phone. 3 months out of the 12 months the handset has been in the service center. Still, the phone is basically useless to me in the current state.

When I call the call center for a solution to this problem, all they do is transfer the call to the seniors and hang up. We had to reach them through mail, and asked them to either replace the phone with a renewed 1 year warranty, to which they gave us an absurd reply suggesting us not to think negative and other non sense.

Since then, I have been in constant touch with a company’s representative, Mr. Surjit. All he has done is asked for time and has escalated the issue to various levels of his department.

Today I have just a couple of weeks of warranty left for my device, and I am sure the company will pay no heed to my issue after it finishes.

Any sort of help from your end will be much appreciated.
