I have purchase mcromax A110 mobile on 19/03/2013 from Look Mobiles and Accessories. The mobile was received with defect in Audio Problem i.e. no sound is heard in mobile. Look mobile and Accessories has given mobile in Micromax Service centre on 29/03/2013 for repair but yet i have not received my mobile from Look mobile and Accessories till date . Now i want my money back. My Job sheet no. is R1303FMH3313491
