Defect created by samsung engineer in air conditioner

Dear SIr,
I buy a Samsung window ac of 1.5 ton from thane dealer name Sam electronics on 19 June 2011 &amp same delivered to me on 23 June 2011..
I call to Sam electronics for a 3rd service on 18 June 2012 but they not receive my call then i come to know that their shop close on Monday then i register a complaint on 19 June 2012 my ac was working well but for a service i call tecnician on same day he come on my door step &amp deassemble some parts then call me &amp say there is no need for service machine is OK he insist me many time to not to do service &amp he already deassemble parts i told him it is free to me after that you will charge than he told tomorrow he will come with 1 more engineer i told him ok &amp he went after that when in switch on ac there was no cooling &amp some suffocating smell was coming i switch off then yesterday your another engineer come i told him everything he check &amp told me some window lock is broken &amp there is leakage you have to pay a transportation Rs 300 /- rest all we will do under warranty…
I told them I pay 17600/- for a A/C & your usless technician create a problem i will not consider any repair process its your mistake then to they insist me i tell them OK from 22 June 2012 to 30 June 2012 my AC was repaired 4 times & for 3 days they kept it in their service center but now also there is cooling problem on Saturday 30 June 2012 Samsung engineer visit at my home for a repair he told me that it will not work at 22 & 24 degree you have to use it in 18 degree but before since 1 year we are using it on 22-24 degree & on 18 degree also there is cooling problem today i get a call from SAM CEO office they told me they will not provide a replacement & yesterday i get an call from some SAM area manager Mr sakir he told me whatever you want to you can do…
So Plz help me i want to file a case against Samsung because of non service an non performance of their engineer i am suffering already i trapped by paying Rs 17600/- so Plz its a request help me…
