Dear Sir / Madam,
I have bought 42lb6700 led tv in the month of Oct 2014, the next day i found that there is a problem with the smart share, i gave the complaint (complaint no : RNA141030067795, 141120052815, 141120052815, 141123021190, 141204097188, 141204097188, 141230020111150129056163, &150129056163) and the technical peoples visited nearly twenty times and the issue not come to end, finally the accept for the replacement in the moth of Dec 2014, but i have received my replacement. Now they ready only for the repair, When the product came with default i have refused and i request for replacement. i never face a such worst service from LG ever, there is no back up for customer from the LG.
Note : The technical people is closing the complaints without my knowledge and without sorting the issues; i have made multiple complaints with the customer, avoid fake complaints closure from the technical peoples.
I feel so sorry to write to this i am very disappointed with LG service and service people, i have not receive proper response from all of the incharges.
