I booked one pair of shoes from book my offer, under this above mentioned company on may,2016,order no.is 080467790396072.After received this,I saw the shoes are defective.As per their terms I lodged complained with the defective shoes photo with in 7 days.But still now I didn’t get any responses from their sites and also I demand to return my amount.But it is sorry to say they are not to take initiative.
